The Quran says, follow the book. Do not follow your bloodline. Because of this, I highly assume the same thing is in the Thorat and in the Evangelium as well. 

But, I totally get your concern. Chances are that they do not care that much about their books. This is also the reason why they have changed it in the first place. 

However, a few of them, for sure can be believed to be good guys - inshallah  

 Yeah, there are probably some good jews.

But the Jewish race and religion as a whole has this......demonic aspect to it 

 Allah explains in the Quran that the kids of Jakub as (maybe you call him Jakob?) did a lot of messy things. So many that at one time a heavy mountain ⛰ was above their heads. They did mistakes over and over again. Even Musa as. couldn't take it anymore. They even worshipped a cow.

So yeah they did a lot of filthy stuff, but demonic... I don't know. By the way, we believe in the devil too.
