I had a similar experience as a kid. A retard (me) got burned. The thing is, its suuuuper hard to put that flame out when it gets on you.
My brother and I set our tar-based driveway on fire once. It nearly became a real problem.
yup, you have to smother it, that's what fire blankets are for. any blanket will do though, pretty much, so long as you aren't near another big fire and it's not acrylic
