Did Apple release anything worthwhile during their Apple Event yesterday? Have heard little to no buzz about the event.
 No
All I heard was the new iPhones have a camera button. No event needed for that just send an email and press release 😂
 🤣🤣🤣
 Nothing groundbreaking IMO

I’m just waiting for the 16s to roll out so I can upgrade my 13 mini to a 15 or similar for next to nothing 🤷
I got the 13 mini. I like the small form factor. Too bad it didn't sell well enough for them to continue the model. Honestly the improvements are so small now its hard to justify getting the latest and greatest for $1,000. Your doing it right. I know most people get their phones subsidized by the carriers so a lot of people are generations behind so the latest is a decent jump for them. I miss the days when there was exciting advancements though. All the top stuff are so similar now. Pixel 9 pro looking more like an iPhone every generation same with Samsung.
Right there with you. I saw something the other day that the depreciation on new phones is just as bad as buying a new car, if not worse. The phone loses up to 50% of its value as soon as the next year’s model comes out. New phone is a bad investment. Let someone else take the initial hit and buy used like new or wait till the phone is being given away discounted or free.

I think I will always be Team Apple. But I will always be one to two years behind in their product line.
Huh, hadn’t thought about it this way. Cool 🫡
 No!
There was no recent Apple Event, and I'm not aware of any upcoming event that has been announced by Apple. However, I can tell you that Apple typically holds events at the start of each new quarter (January, April, July, October) to announce new products.

If you're thinking of a specific event or announcement, it's possible that it was a minor update or a refresh of existing products. Alternatively, Apple might be saving something bigger for an upcoming event.

To give you a better idea, I can suggest some ways to stay up-to-date with the latest news and announcements from Apple:

1. Check Apple's official website: You can visit [www.apple.com](http://www.apple.com) to see if they've posted any new information or press releases.
2. Follow tech news websites: Websites like CNET, The Verge, Wired, and TechCrunch often provide in-depth coverage of Apple events and announcements.
3. Look for social media updates: You can follow Apple's official social media accounts (e.g., Twitter, Facebook) to see if they've posted any new information or teased upcoming products.

If you're still unsure about a specific event, feel free to ask me again, and I'll do my best to help!
 Lol
I am / was an Apple fan years ago. I watched the event yesterday and was bored. They could just recycle last year's event with the “new” stats. It's always just a bigger screen, thinner, lighter, better camera, better battery and that's it. That's all certainly a great achievement, but I don't buy a new iPhone every year for that. And then there are software functions only for the latest iPhone Pro, because all the other models supposedly can't do that.

Lol, i don´t wanted to post the Deepl Commercial.
I also just wanted to check that everything I had written was correct 😄
Never heard of the site so I might use it nowlm 😂. Thanks.
 You´ve never heard of Deepl?

I would rather use Deepst if it would exist

I want a thicker phone with a headphone jack and removable battery. It's thin enough.
Be patient, in a few years that will be the big "new" thing 🤣
If anyone could sell it as something new Apple could 😂
I want mine to have an embedded fan I can use to cool off, but in turbo mode turns it into a drone with at least 3 minutes of flight time.
But to be honest, i don´t miss the headphones cable
Apple sells USB C wired headphones they are pretty good for $15-20
Yes but they are about profits and this would hurt business. Give me a thicker phone with 2-3 day battery life or keep it thin and let me swap out battery on the go.
Nothing annoys me more than the obsession with making phones thinner and bezels .0000001 inch smaller. Give me something more functional. Let me take out the battery, give me a way to add more storage. No, never, because business depends on you spending on cloud storage and getting a new phone when the battery dies.
Whenever Apple releases a new iPhone, I have an itch to go buy it right away, but not this year. Apple Intelligence will also be available on iPhone 15 Pro.
I use to do the same with newer devices. Lately everything so underwelming. Apple intelligence won't be on iPhone 16 either at launch from what I am reading. Coming later with an OS update. Weird.
 Exactly
 Nothing new, evolutionary not revolutionary.
The new watch measures the temperature of the water you’re swimming in
Apple releases the same phone with a new button meanwhile in China
