I make a salsa verde, and now that i see your recipe, i am going to try this, since i believe i can do it now. have to wait for pay day to get the ingredients!! ty for sharing.  

 PS bottle as below if you want it thick. If you are going for a thin liquid like tobasco or something then strain it before bottling
