Giving nostr:npub1xnf02f60r9v0e5kty33a404dm79zr7z2eepyrk5gsq3m7pwvsz2sazlpr5 another whirl again today. Set up a self hosted node and funded for 2M sats automatically with their LSP. Then set up a self hosted lightning address as well. Payments out all worked great with no issues thus far. 

Might be worth testing with these low fees.
