Having had residency in Tennessee in the past, it awesome to see Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti on the map towards clarity in the legal environment for open source devs. 

I like his words but let's see what actually happens...

Target those who misuse tools for criminal activities, rather than blaming the innovators who created them. 

The responsibility lies with the individuals who choose to use these tools for harm, not with the creators whose intentions were to empower and innovate.
