#WritersCoffeeClub 28: Do you practice "kill your darlings"?

I don't actively seek to kill characters or things I like, of course, but If the story needs a character, chapter, or plot to perish, then so it shall be done!

I deleted an entire steamy chapter and one fighting sequence in TIHID, pieces that I really liked, but that were not adding anything substantial to the plot.

So, yeah, for the sake of the story, I'll wield the cold axe of the executioner.
