 I think it just makes the computer drivers system think it's PS/2 but you're using USB 

 Then this isn't for you. I use it to avoid allowing any USB devices access to dom0, so it's a security improvement for me.

Also, what kind of computer doesn't have a PS/2 port? A laptop?
