 Being pro-privacy, means being anti-war,

As war is the justification for invading your privacy..

And if,
War is defined as the state engaged in violence,

Then,
It not logical for you support Israel blowing up Lebanese civilians' pagers... As you'd literally be saying: "The government shouldn't tap phones, but they can blow them up"
With or without privacy, "war" is inevitable, as long as there are "taxes".
War is impossible without the latter and the main justification for taxes!

Neither is it logical to say that anything used by a state funded armed gang - military or militia - a "civilian" item.

Soldiers using "civilian" items in their time off, don't magically become innocent civilians and off the target list.
Random civilians pagers blew up that has nothing to do with terrorism. There was zero targeting, they just wrecked the supply chain.

So I can blow up your electronics because you're in the same country as some random criminal?

Also, what’s Lebanon in the north, got to do with Hamas shooting rockets from the south?
Maybe someone can ask Hezbollah why it decided to get in shooting match with Israel on October 8th 2023.
