I got project diablo 2 running on my Chromebook. kinda fun, impressed that people still working on it not sure if I actually wanted to play the game or just wanted to make it work. nostr.fmt.wiz.biz

chromeos out-of-the-box includes a linux container (crostini) that is gpu-accelerated for the devices that have them (called Chromebook Plus these days, i think). the linux environment is pretty useful and performant but theres still retarded permission-related things about it (cant screen capture ChromeOS) and not all usb peripherals (i.e. camera or bluetooth) are available to the container. eventually I'll flash coreboot and go native linux when im tired of fighting it, wrestling with chromeos is my version of linux gaming 🤣🤣
