Mint Cookie Go-Bars, you ask? What the hell are those?
I’ve been making iterations of these for about three years now, and they’ve evolved into what you see here: an energy bar made with two kinds of dates, pecan butter (pecans, maple sugar, cinnamon, sea salt, black pepper), cacao powder, cinnamon, banana, peanut flour, cocoa nibs, and peppermint extract.
All organic ingredients, and I am a certified home kitchen baker. I’m a guy of many hats…
The secret to these lies in the prep and how I compress them. They’re fire, I promise.

That sounds interesting. How long do they remain edible? Do they need to be stored in the refrigerator?
Very long time; up to 6 months min and you can leave them out in a cool spot or you can extend the life of them by putting in the fridge. You’d love them
