21millionTV is an excellent educational channel on YouTube. Their videos are short, 5-10 minutes, and tackles all of the basics in a very accessible way. I’m not sure about a website, but I can highly recommend s few books. This one is for anyone who understands basic math, I’d say usually around age of 8 and up. It’s fun to read for adults too.
