We spent the weekend looking at new houses. They are built with spit and tissue. Everything is griege (gray-beige). The flooring is all plastic. They have 4-6 feet between them with non-existent yards, and they all look alike, but they’re insanely large with 4-5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - and they start at $750,000. You can add real wood and stone features, but that will increase your price to $850,000+. Oh, and they’re way the hell outside of any town center. So, be ready to commute. 🙄
