Want to give a fucking big ups to the fuckwit who took offence in us photographing her numberplate when parked in a mobility parking space and not entitled to, then had the fall to tell us (with a permit) that she was entitled to do so because no one was using the parks.

Probably because the other people didn't have a fucking permit and didn't have mobility issues?

And a secong big ups for swearing profusely at us because we pointed this out. 

 Got to admit, it made it much easier contacting the Council to enforce the rewuirements.  Should have tried that at the local mall where I've seen people clamped in under 30 seconds.
