 I tried OMAD and I was hungry and miserable and looking at the clock all the time. I didn’t do it for a day, I did it for like 2 months and kept asking myself, is this the state I am supposed to live my life in that is being miserable? I did intermittent fasting 16-8 better but it did not yield results. I walked 1 hr instead of 10k.
