 @0f342e77 Democrats wouldn't do that, though, they need Republican antagonism in order to win elections. If they actually start being effectual the GOP might become irrelevant and then people could start voting for third parties.

The Court of Appeals sided against the law in a case involving a Mississippi man who was convicted & sentenced to prison for possessing a firearm while being a marijuana user, & legal experts say it could come up in Biden's case.

The Court ruled that it was too broad when applied in this instance & tossed it out. 👀
