 Same for me.  Using primal.net it is in there, but the nostr 1.9.0 app on the mac the zap is gone.  Also there doesn't seem to be a way to reply on that feature either.

 It depends on the client that you are using. 
Please test few and choose the best fit for you

There is Coracle.social, Snort.social, Nostrudel.ninja.... Zaps should work!
