No, but I'd actually love the ability be able to assign notes to npubs. These could be personal notes that are encrypted and only decrypted and viewable by the assigning user. It just needs to be one additional field on a a profile.
Please help promote NIP-81 support in clients. NIP-81 outlines how to do relationship status for a pubkey and can be public and private metadata.
This seems to be describing exactly what I'd like to see.
There are only two clients that offer related functionality.. Gossip supports pet names, but only in your follow list. Corny Chat supports relationship pet names for any pubkey. In both instances you control a label visible for that pubkey in the app and can include symbols. When I do this in Corny Chat I also use a green light/red light model.
