1. Try to add more relays. I would say 10-20

2. Use hash tags to find things and get your posts (called notes) out there for people to see.

Follow active users, ones who reply to others, etc. But mostly find people with similar interests:

homesteading cooking and on and on..

A great audio/video space is a nostr site called Hivetalk.org

A browser extension called Nos2x will let you safely put your nsec into your browser to get into other nostr clients and locations.

Dont give your nsec to anyone.
