I agree 100%.  There needs to be a time limit too. Hell there should be a service that just go in, shut down the bank (at gunpoint if need be) and get you your money .  Their fee has to be paid out of FDIC.

I had to do this a few weeks ago.  No setting on any desks but there were definitely scrambling to get me out of there before I started talking loudly about #freedom and #propertyrights again.
