I think it's prudent to point out that the picture above is misleading. The ban is (currently) for photorealistic "art" that depicts child pornography, not anime style loli.

I'm of two minds on this. No victim no crime, it should be allowed to exist as long as there is no party harmed by it. But also I'm not really excited about having to worry if material is legal or not when it shows up.

Loli is obvious, faked CP less so.

I think it's prudent to point out that you're asking a bunch of rustled pedos to actually read the article and respond to it in good faith. These morons pretend this is about vtubers and anime and the government coming for their innocent 'joy' because openly stating that they just want to keep jacking off to ai simulated csam would be more-or-less unpalatable to their target audience; namely lolbertarian pearl clutchers that might treat seriously questions such as "should the government be allowed to deny pedophiles their pornography." Here's a radical proposal for you; maybe criminalizing pedophiles is a good thing.
