Chicken based ramen from Torioh Keisuke in Akihabara. That’s a whole chicken leg in there. Also this one has the black spicy oil topping because I can never resist adding some excitement!

 are those duck eggs? the yolk is super reddish 

 Chicken eggs. Lots of eggs eaten here, and often raw, so they are fresh. Also, they don’t wash the egg’s coating off, so they can be stored room temp, but everyone still puts them in the fridge :)
