Raspberry Pi4 8gb is available again? Just bought one on amazon for 120 usa shipcoins. Finally building that bitcoin/ lightning node @Duncan Cary Palmer !

I just discovered that connecting sparrow wallet to a parsed node doesnt pull in transactions older than 6 weeks ago (duh). Guess I'm going to be redownloading the full node on the pi and figuring out UTXOs and whirlpool for the first time via sparrow.

So much to do, so little time.

 Hey, friend,

Godspeed on your build, and on becoming an expert in all the necessary arcane knowledge you need to acquire.
🙏😀💜😆👍💯‼️
Let me know if I can be of assistance. Sparrow is a cousin of mine.
Any video recommendations would be great. Ive watched a guy on youtube called southern bitcoiner who has been really helpful understanding things i was taking for granted. I assumed mixing was a way to mix kyc with nonkyc, however that doesnt seem to be the case.
He is really good. Also there’s this one from Ben: https://youtu.be/6TcUY2yU41w?si=D1rNpgZUn77M1592

You can use 1 wallet to mix KYC and No KYC, you just want to make sure that you’re mixing them in separate transactions.

Example:
Transaction 1 mixes your KYC UTXOs to your post mix wallet.

Transaction 2 mixes some non KYC UTXOs to your post mix wallet.

Once they’re in post-mix, you can spend them without worry, especially if they’ve been remixed a few times.

Just keep in mind that once you combine certain UTXOs in a transaction, you leave that footprint behind on chain.

As another example: if you have a no KYC source A that you don’t want to know of other UTXOs you have, it’s best to not initiate a mix by combining UTXOs from a different source with UTXOs from source A.

This is because the initial mix transaction combines them. Even if they’re not traceable after the fact, you’ve revealed that you own some UTXOs that the one source may not have known about.
