#WritersCoffeeClub 8.9. Did you like to read as a child? Which books did you read?

I read a lot of the Donald Duck paperbacks when I was smaller.

I also devoured the TKKG stories by Stefan Wolf. It was a German junior detective series, remotely comparable to The Three Investigators.

Later I immersed myself in the fantasy worlds of Wolfgang Hohlbein. My first book by him was "Drachenfeuer" (dragon fire). So it's probably no surprise that I'm now writing a dragon fantasy novel myself. 😁
@bc602e9a As a kid, I was kind of hesitant to read, I was obsessed with movies, music, and playing with my dolls, dreaming of being a princess, which was kind of a mistake... But closer to my later years near the end of elementary school, I fell in love with books, especially when my teachers restricted a couple books from my learning, namely Trumpet of the Swan and Mrs. Frisby and the Rats of NIMH, they said it was too advanced for me. Reading them now. :) #WritingCommunity #bookstadon
