 Mastodon, in implementation, is also not designed well to run an instance with a single or a few users. 

 nostr is also just a a network with a million small censors instead of a single large censor. it is not a problem with censor, what Mastodon fuck up is the ID not owned by users 

 Also nostr can faced similar problem that gab faced in mastodon when it was blocked on software level by many clients, and good luck to find any right wing server in this protocol right now...
