If this was truly a real thing I would be all for it. It’s just a scam. 

We need to be more environmentally responsible but this is not the way. 

Honestly I don’t think people would actually make the choices necessary for it if they were offered a real comprehensive plan. 

It would require giving up a lot of wasteful “luxury”.
