Zillow’s a trip. It says my house is worth $50k more than I think it’s worth but it shows a picture of my neighbor’s house which isn’t as nice as mine. His house is listed even higher than mine but shows a picture of the empty lot I own behind my house. My empty lot is listed for about what I thinks it’s worth but shows a picture of the other lot I own that has a small cabin on it. According to Zillow, the lot with the cabin is a city park.
Same bro! Here’s the good news, we’ll be able to sell near the top with our MSTR holdings. My fav screen is opening Zillow. You know the top is in, especially if the square footage is massive 😂
