 Proton mail has some good features in the paid tier as well. What I really like is the alias creation. You can generate random email addresses to create accounts. Those are then directed by Proton to you regular email. Makes it easy to obfuscate your email. There is also a password manager included.

I don’t use the pw manager but I reaally like the mail alternatives to gmail/cloud
