Is @QnA one of the expert concierges? 🤩
 Certainly am ✌️
So, this is not trolling - legitimate question.

While multisig is a significant improvement on security and redundancy, I suspect many would prefer to establish their multisig without relying on one single vendor of hww (supply chain attack, vendor being a bad actor, vendor having security issues in the products etc). I'm sure you guys considered this when establishing this product/service. Would it be possible to set this up using other devices than Foundation?
Good question. Interested by the answer as well
Perfectly valid question and we agree that multi-vendor multisig does diminish the trust put into a single manufacturer. But when/if we ever allowed support for using other devices alongside Passport, it also requires us to become quasi support for other manufacturers. Imagine we get 60 minutes into a setup with a customer and then (insert HWW brand here) decides to throw a fit and not work as expected. We cannot guarantee the quality or experience those devices offer when going through device initialisation and then coordinating into a multisig vault setup, which is ultimately why we chose not to go down that path.
Makes sense, thanks for responding. Also, there are other providers in the market that can offer the multi-vendor multisig. Good luck, hope it will be a success!
 Thanks!

I'm curious, are those offering it hardware wallet manufacturers?
Not that I know of, was thinking of the likes of Nunchuk, Unchained, Casa.
Ah yeah. Slightly different though, Nunchuk is DIY and the other 2 offer support as their main business prop, which makes more sense.
Nunchuck also offers support nowadays with paid tiers
Text support in-app. Not guided 1-on-1 setup.
