I am happy you are happy, and therefore you should keep doing it.
I don't research. I experiment myself on myself. With some friends. Milk gave us tall bodies and man-boobs. It may be 100 other bad or good things, but I don't like these two. That is on top of the fact that I don't like keeping and milking animals.
So milk is bad enough for me.
