 Is there anything people can actually do? I feel powerless as an individual.

Elections doesn't seem to work. Politicians can promise anything, but there is no punishments as to what is being done or not done anyway. And if a specific event happens like this arrest, not much happen even if people don't like it.

 Yes but Android you can still download from unverified sources. You don't actually need to use the app store.Think it's probably more if a problem if removed from the apple app store but don't use apple so I could be wrong.
