My reasons for the suspicion is the fundamental difference between men and women, the majority of women are incapable of loving multiple men, unlikely men that can have feelings for multiple women.

You're only pointing-out that when women allow another man into their trust above their Spouse, they're ALREADY Cheating, even if no sex is involved.
