I don’t understand any of this.  How are women’s rights being contested? Of course they have the right to no… or anything for that matter. 
Being ashamed is a personal problem.  Don’t project that shit on others.  If you’re fat and you don’t care, great.  I don’t either. If you do care,  thats on you.
