have some political philosophy homework to do 💜 18 pages of text to synthesise and some questions to answer (picked the major out of interest, but these days i use it more to understand more how the machine works, so i know what exists and how to fix it)
I love nothing more than philosophy; it gives you a framework to think about things. I was also a political science student, I love International relations and politics.
I know it’s not your house.

critical thinking in these days is rather rare indeed. the fundamental ability to remove the person and emotions from the argument who said it and pick it apart, as you not only consider your own POV and experiences, but also have the ability to empathise with the whole variety of perspectives regarding a problem is something that might not look good on paper for the recruiters, but i’d rather have that than be skilled but blind for the rest of my life
