 I've been doing weighted calf extension exercises 3 days a week for a year now. 

What I'd like to know is if the time will ever come when I can walk normally the day after. 
 Do you stretch? 
 Probably if you stick with the same amount of weight from week to week

 Why are you trying to extend your calves? 
 Yes, just improve your diet and take juice. 
 Have had results? I heard calfs improvements depends a lot on genetics. 
 Not that I can tell, though I like my calves just fine as they are. 
 Also your calves will nearly never hypertrophy to the degree you want or could even measure woth having a genetically slimmer body type….but to answer your question no you will never walk normally
