The US Army War College published a summary of what will apparently be multiple detailed papers on the "lessons from Ukraine". Instead of fixing the real problem and return to meritocracy, they'd rather force people in, neglecting lessons from Ukraine - when Ukr switched mainly to people forced in, temporary success ended
