@kamehamic @Ame there is usually a reason people end up homeless, and their capacity/inability to effectively plan or avoid this kind of trouble kind of invalidates the prospect of their effectiveness. I mean you could abuse an mkultra schizo type, but these are rare. Most just want to keep and sustain their high. 

 My line of thinking is that they'd essentially be zombies teleoperated by an app.
