@b0e770f5 the USA is the country that could make something happen tomorrow just by picking up the phone, that's why I mention them. I don't mean I advocate for them to do something. Regarding EU, it is in the union's interest to be able to affect armed conflicts in its local region, otherwise it will always be having to respond late to disasters and refugee flows.
