Sometimes I think about how legitimately bad most businesses are at time management and hiring, and I wonder how they manage to exist at all.
This is a terrible take. I actually see this a lot in bad European corporate culture: complacency, laziness, making excuses, constant postponements. Postponements quickly compound and slowly open the door to make future ones more acceptable.
