Thanks for the compliments! The design took a long time to hone to make the reversible bits work well, and once I had this v2 in hand it transformed to something more significant than I anticipated Other #bitcoiners asked similar questions once they understand it is both art and function; it has a heft that is memorable and once you see the randomness in assembly it blows the mind As for actually using it, once you put it together it is a real private key random integer so you can use it to generate a public key, a bech32 and P2PKH addresses, or use the private key as the seed for creation of an HD wallet, or even signing #bitcoin transactions if you were so inclined Possibilities of a 256-bit physical private key continue to grow with the tech that can be built around it, even can be used for #nostr Most simple use is you want something #beautiful and functional that you can use to pass your #bitcoin to the next generation—this key makes the unique address to which you can send your #bitcoin, then you pass them the key Or a tool to teach the entropy of a #bitcoin private key, or just a very unique piece for the home or office; the list grows
