 LMNT is overpriced convenience with unnecessary ingredients and sweeteners. Just use brands like Redmond Real Salt, Vera Salt, or other high quality sea salt, Icelandic salt, or Celtic salts.

 I just use Nu-Salt potassium + regular pink salt and a couple drops of iodine per day. I take 400mg magnesium at night. Covers me.
