Just get off those relays like the "lol" relay and the "mom" relay 

You can see what relay they come from and you can shut off the relay in the relay list  

 Is there some way to help me decide which relays to use? I can't tell which are worth keeping or adding, so I'm just using the defaults from #amethyst 

 I'm really struggling with this as well 😂

I just add many.. And then remove ones with no traffic...
