I don’t think it’s mockery. Only a difference in opinion expressed in a way that is often seen as mockery.  People will be people no matter the platform. 

 Men literally responded by claiming women are just all stupid or that I am old and ugly. 

 YOU my dear are not that. Far from that. Don’t ever let some  randos destroy who you are.
