1. Shows your profile as default media to accompany the audio 
2. Attach or record 
3. Search / upload a custom image

 would it have visual transcription as an option?

plus it would be almost impossible go filter through posts, the way you do with a first glance with text posts

 No transcription. You just scroll and auto play the next audio clip.

 Well, I suppose it might have it over the audiograms so you could read it that way
