Is nostr.fmt.wiz.biz one of the relays that gets aggregated to nostr.band ? I keep seeing the bot replying from that one even though I’m not connected to that relay 

 Probably you have to disconnect from all thus relays

 I disconnected from nostrband a long time ago because it doesn't have nip 09 to request deletion, to get rid of spam I disconnected from primal, damus and wiz.
