comparing Canada and Brazil on financial censorship is a bit of a stretch.  They did one screwup with some temporary freezing on some people's bank account but there is more to it than that.

Was it wrong to freeze the bank accounts?  Yes, but lets not forget operation chokepoint in Murica and their far more financial censorship than we have seen in the great white north.
