 @woodland creature :pleroma_fox_tan: i dont know if my crappy grill can get that hot, it would probably disintegrate. as for oxidation cant you just wash them after in some solution to fix it?

oxidation causes surface scale over time. more oxidation = less shiny and smooth.  you can experiment and see how it goes
