Jacked my back few days ago, can barely walk, but I managed to knock off 150 pushups and 50 body weight split squats.
Take care of your back you get one!
I know I am retarded like that. My problem has never been getting going it has always been when to stop. 🤪

I’m already feeling better. Just body weight exercises this week. Nothing crazy. Wife has yelled at me multiple times. I got the message. I’m the type who can’t sit still.
