Only option for users is to block, this might be the only true way to censor speech on Nostr, reply back with an AI strongarm response.

No one is getting paid to do Nostr its all volunteer based afaict
That's a cop out to allow spammers. I been fighting the bot for days to provide my relay users with a good service. Every other relay continues to get ass raped by ReplyG0y
