I'm surprised at how well it works. Yet when I think about how difficult it can be to get normies to use Signal, I won't even start thinking about getting anyone to try SimpleX Chat. Unfortunately, people stick with what they are used to and don't mind to pay with their #privacy
So true. I have managed to get a few friends and family to use Signal, but it's mostly just to communicate with me, because I'm that lone weirdo that refuses to use anything Meta, mainstream apps and OS. I've got @simplex installed, but it's another lonely island unfort.
